Park Place

Before the renovation of this Brooklyn townhouse for a family of four, the kitchen appliances and cabinets were strewn around the dining room in a haphazard fashion, and the ground floor circulation consisted of multiple dead-ends. We created a well-organized kitchen from an existing pantry and lean-to back porch, and designed clearer relationships among the rooms on this parlor floor. For the bedroom floors above, we installed two new bathrooms, and made a flexible sleeping/play space on the top floor for the young sons.
