Gladstone Barns
An 1829 fieldstone barn in Gladstone, New Jersey was completely rebuilt to house an investment firm requiring state of the art communications equipment and environmental controls. A 100% increase in floor area was created with the addition of mezzanines and a new basement. The insertion of a new interior shell load and moment frame allowed much of the existing antique wood framing and flooring to be reused and the original stonework restored and exposed.
